At Mellerio, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your selection isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Our streamlined process ensures your high-fashion experience remains seamless from purchase to return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Mellerio account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all security tags and brand labels remain attached and intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed and confirmed via email.
